Elana Elyce (she/her) is a Chicago‑based multidisciplinary artist whose work lives at the intersection of performance, storytelling, community building, and organizational leadership. Rooted in Detroit’s theatre, youth arts education, and sketch/improv communities, she has spent her life shaping spaces where artists can take risks, tell the truth, and create work that resonates.
As an actor, director, coach, and writer, Elana brings a grounded, emotionally intelligent presence to every room. Elana’s administrative and leadership work is equally central to her career. She is the Managing Director of The Chicago Inclusion Project and formerly served as the Artistic Producer of Interrobang Theatre Project, roles in which she strengthened systems, expanded access, and supported artists through equity‑focused structures. Her background includes curriculum development, youth ensemble direction, community outreach, program design, and operational support across nonprofit, medical, and small‑business environments. She is known for blending creative insight with practical problem‑solving, building workflows that make artistic work sustainable rather than extractive.
Her multidisciplinary skill set is shaped not only by her artistic training but also by years of hands‑on, detail‑oriented work that sharpened her communication, organization, and systems thinking.
